About Us

Instant Impact is a unique approach to basketball that encourages all players to be involved! Gone are the days of never touching the basketball during a game!

How we play the game:

• 5 Player MAXIMUM per team
• Everyone must touch the ball before you score
• 3 Sixteen minute games per day
• 5 week season with NO PRACTICE DAYS
• New teammates EVERY Saturday
• Referees and coaches are the same person (to eliminate bias)
